2007 version or newer, you can easily draw, edit, view, and print your own line and point KML file.
With GPSVisualizer.com
(donation supported, no download) tools you can further edit your new KML file by adding elevation data,
create profiles, color-code by slope etc., print, and finally convert your KML file
to a GPX file format which can be transferred with Mapsource to your GPS as custom tracks, routes, and waypoints.
I also include KMZ Google Earth files representing the same data provided within the cooresponding GPS map.
